AM Pierce & Associates joins Belzon AMCOM Express Logistics Team

HUNTSVILLE, AL – February 1, 2008 AM Pierce & Associates has been added to the Belzon U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional & Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) Contract.  AMCOM Express is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide advisory and assistance services AMCOM and its customers.  The U. S. Army Aviation and Missile Command established four domains for the AMCOM EXPRESS Program: Technical, Logistics, Programmatic, and Business & Analytics.  Belzon was selected as a prime contract holder for the Logistics Domain in February 2005.

The contract provides Logistics support to AMCOM, Aviation & Missile Research Development and Engineering Center (AMRDEC), the Program Executive Offices (PEOs) and allies for fielded Army aviation and missile systems.   Services provided include logistics support analysis, maintenance planning, supply support, logistics program support and training.  The contract also contains provisions allowing federal agencies to purchase new services as they are developed to support logistic requirements for U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) and its customers' managed systems/equipment/technology.
