Adelle M. Pierce


Adelle M. Pierce is owner and Chief Executive Officer of AM Pierce & Associates, Inc.  Ms. Pierce has over 20 years of progressively responsible professional experience in the management and oversight of large, multifaceted organizations and is adept at building highly effective teams.

Ms. Pierce has a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from University of Maryland and completed the ARINC University Executive Development Program and Director Action Group (DAG) Program conducted with the University of Maryland Smith School Of Business.

Additionally, Ms. Pierce is actively involved in community service and business organizations.  She has served as the Co-Chair and is now on the Executive Steering Council of the NAVAIR Small Business Roundtable.  Ms. Pierce previously served on the Board of Directors of the Professional Services Council, the Contract Services Association and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Homeland Security Task Force. She is Past President of the Rotary Club, St. Mary’s Lexington Park and the Rotary Club, South Anne Arundel County.  She has served on the Board of Directors for the Southern Maryland Navy Alliance and the Patuxent Partnership.  She is a charter member and served on the coordinating council of ARINC Women in Leadership (AWIL). She is a charter member of the Chesapeake Chapter of NDIA’s Women in Defense.

Karla Matthews

President & COO

Karla Matthews has over 19 years of experience leading large service delivery organizations, while maintaining an excellent track record of customer satisfaction supporting major Government programs.

Prior to joining AM Pierce & Associates, Inc. Ms. Matthews was a Senior Vice President for a large Corporation and has many years of experience leading large teams supporting DoD and Federal customers in the areas of  information technology, engineering,  and logistics. Most recently, Ms. Matthews led a team out of Huntsville, Alabama in the successful design, development, manufacturing and delivery of space flight hardware for NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope.

Ms. Matthews has a B.S. in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland in Baltimore County and a M.S. in Management Information Systems from Florida Institute of Technology.  She also holds a Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Tracey Jubeck


Ms. Jubeck is Chief Financial Officer of AM Pierce & Associates.  She has over 18 years of experience in providing cradle to grave Business Operations support to federal government contractors in the areas of Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, Contract and Subcontract Administration, Procurement, Billing, Accounts Payable, Mergers and Acquisitions, Government Compliance and Project Control.

Prior to joining AM Pierce & Associates, Inc. Ms. Jubeck was the Vice President of Business Operations for a large Corporation and has led a staff as large as 70 employees in the areas of annual budgeting, financial planning, indirect rate management, billing, accounting, banking, tax planning, time and labor, contract and subcontracts administration, procurement, project control, facilities and government compliance.

Ms. Jubeck obtained a B.A. from the University of Maryland in Baltimore County where she also played Division 1 Volleyball.

Leslie Macher

EVP Army, Space & Missile Defense

Ms. Macher is Executive Vice President Army, Space & Missile Defense.  She has over 36 years of experience in space, missile defense and C4ISR systems engineering, analysis and operations. As a former Army Signal Corps Officer and current defense contractor, Ms. Macher supervises professional and support personnel responsible for providing analytical, scientific and engineering expertise in support of Army, Air Force and Navy experiments, exercises, prototype development  studies and analyses.

Ms. Macher spent 13 years in the United States Army, Signal Corps.  Highlights of her Army career include command of a rapid response SATCOM organization; Office Of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (OJCS) Contingency Operations Branch (J6Z); Training with Industry at Boeing Aerospace Company focused on ISR applications; Liaison Officer to US Army Space and Missile Defense Command; and the Army Staff, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations (ODCSOPS), Space Division.

Ms. Macher has a BS from Northeast Missouri State University (Truman) and she participated in ARINC University Executive Development Program at the University of Maryland Smith School of  Business.
