Our comprehensive benefits plan includes:

 Health Insurance

Health and wellness of our employees is important to AM Pierce & Associates.Therefore, the company provides its eligible employees and their dependents with the option to participate (shared cost) in its group medical, dental,vision and prescription benefits coverage effective the 1st day of employment. We offer a Health Savings Account (HSA) paired with eligible medical plans with a Company contribution.

 Life, Accident and Disability Insurance

AM Pierce & Associates provides Basic Life insurance, Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) at no cost to eligible employees.

Voluntary and Dependent Life/AD&D coverage are available to eligible employees at an additional cost.

 Retirement Planning

AM Pierce & Associates helps employees meet their retirement goals through our  401(k) Plan with John Hancock which offers employees the opportunity to save through tax-favored salary deferrals and company matching.  All eligible employees may join the 401(k) plan immediately upon hire.

 Time Off

We understand our employees have commitments outside of the workplace; AM Pierce & Associates offers a flexible workplace environment which includes comprehensive Paid Time Off (PTO) to include sick and personal time, holidays, jury duty, military leave, bereavement leave, and other federally mandated leaves for eligible employees.
